If your child has Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, we accept the following plans:

One of the benefits of working with Flourishing Kids is that we verify your insurance before your first visit and provide a clear cost breakdown—so you know exactly what to expect before services begin.​

Families may qualify for help through the United Healthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF). This grant can help cover the cost of feeding therapy or coaching sessions.

To be eligible, your child must:

• Be 16 years old or younger

• Have a Social Security Number 

• Be covered by private/commercial insurance (not Medicaid or CHIP)

• Receive services within the United States

​

You must also meet these income limits :

• Family of 2: $65,000 or less

• Family of 3: $100,000 or less

• Family of 4: $135,000 or less

• Family of 5 or more: $170,000 or less

This includes both:
• In-person feeding therapy
• Virtual coaching sessions (great for support and guidance when therapy isn't needed)
